When the realization sets in that the building you conduct your business from is no longer able to provide the quality purchase experience your customers require and deserve, it is the beginning of a long journey. And as in most major decisions, the two biggest factors to deal with are the proverbial needs and wants. Do we need a new facility or should we renovate what we already have? Are we located properly or is there somewhere else we should be? Do we have enough space or do we need more? And on, and on, and on... In the end, the needs were obviously in favour of change and so the project began. The wants were simple. Not just to construct a building, but to create an environment that would make both our customers' experience comfortable and convenient, and give our employees a second home.
